Eligibility:

• Are a general healthy adult

• Are between 18 and 70 years old

• Have a BMI of 30 to 40

• Exercise less than 1 hour per week

Estimated Duration: About 14-16 weeks

• Hiawatha Davis Jr. Rec Center (Park Hill, Denver)

• Central Recreation Center (Aurora)

Eligibility:

• 45+ years of age

• Currently NOT physically active

• Black

• In the Denver metro area for the next 14 months

Eligibility: Healthy adults (18+) who can safely tolerate brief reductions in oxygen levels and wear a breathing mask are eligible. Final eligibility will be determined by the research site.
